Your teen’s energy needs are higher than you think!

Did you know that up to 60% of adolescent athletes are under-fuelling?!

If your athlete is only eating when they're hungry, chances are they're not getting all the nutrients and energy they need.

Let's fix that by teaching you how to develop a tailored fuelling plan for your athlete.

This webinar is for you if ...

  • You're not sure if they are eating enough (or too much) on a daily basis for their training and growth

  • You want to know WHEN to feed them so that they don't get cramps and their food helps them instead of hindering them

  • You never know how to approach eating at tournaments and competitions with crazy game/performance schedules

What you'll learn in this 1 hour webinar

In this practical, step-by-step session, you’ll learn the keys to building a personalized fuelling plan that adapts to your athlete’s schedule, training intensity, and energy needs.

  • What (and When) to Eat!

... and how much! (Including why hunger isn’t always a reliable cue!)

  • How to Adjust!

Fueling on low vs. high-intensity days vs. tournament days requires a nuanced approach.

  • DIY Fuelling Timeline

We'll give you the plug-and-play template so that it fits real-life (not just textbook theory).

  • Foods to Include

... and which ones you need to limit or avoid pre-practice/games or tournaments!

  • PDF Sample Meal Plans

Included are realistic full-day fuelling timelines (AKA meal plans) for different sized athletes.
