Fuel 365 is a year-long series of live expert-led sessions designed for parents of youth athletes (and older youth athletes themselves). 

It’s your all-access pass to 12 brand-new, science-backed webinars, created to help you confidently fuel your athlete without wasting hours sorting through social media nutrition myths or influencer-sponsored content. 

Each session is practical, relatable, and backed by experienced dietitians who work with youth athletes every day.

  • Q: When does Fuel 365 start?

    The first session goes live Thursday January 22nd 2026 from 12-1 pm ET. Once you enroll, you'll get access to the course hub where the dates for the subsequent sessions will be posted. We will also email everyone at the beginning of each month (and a couple days prior to each webinar) to remind them of the topic, date and time!

  • Q: Will I get any handouts or materials?

    Yes! Each session includes a downloadable tool or handout - from fuelling timelines and sample meals to supplement guides and snack lists!

  • Q: What age group is this series designed for?

    Fuel 365 is designed for parents of athletes roughly 10 to 16 years old. The content is most applicable for youth who are training regularly - even if they’re not elite. If your child is under 10 but trains more than a couple hours a week, you’ll likely find the information helpful, especially for building fuelling habits early.

  • Q: Do I have to commit to the whole year?

    Not at all! You can choose to buy any of the individual sessions for $19 each as they come available. However, the $99 all access pass saves you 60% over buying them individually!

  • Q: Is this just for elite athletes?

    Nope! It’s designed for any youth/teen athlete who takes their sport seriously and wants to improve performance, recovery, and energy - whether they play competitively or just train hard.

  • Q: Will I receive a receipt I can submit for insurance coverage?

    You will receive a purchase confirmation for your records. If you require a more detailed receipt, please email us at [email protected]. We cannot promise whether an insurance company will or will not cover this series.
