Girls, let's get your game on!

🏋️‍♀️ Are you ready to level up—on and off the field?!

You're working hard in your sport. But there’s so much no one ever really teaches you:

  • How to fuel your body properly.
  • What strength training actually looks like.
  • What your period has to do with performance.
  • How to feel confident in your body as it changes.

Let’s change that—together!

Who’s This For?

This evening workshop is built just for female athletes, grades 7 to 12.

This isn’t your average workshop. It’s part training day, part snack lab, part real-talk session—packed with the stuff every teen athlete actually needs to know.

It doesn't matter what sport you play-just bring your game face!

✔ Stay strong and injury-free
✔ Understand your body and support it
✔ Fuel properly and recover faster
✔ Feel GOOD as a female athlete—not confused or overwhelmed

You’ll walk out of this event knowing more than most adults ever learned in their entire athletic careers.

Michelle de Jong was the founder of F.A.S.S.T. (Female Athlete Sport Specific Training), a program she launched in 2005 to empower and elevate female hockey players through sport-specific training. With a lifelong passion for athletics and a deep understanding of what it takes to excel, she went on to create Limitless Performance in 2012 — a training space dedicated to helping athletes and everyday individuals train with purpose, feel like athletes again, and pursue optimal health. A multi-sport athlete growing up, she went on to play Varsity Hockey at the University of Waterloo, where her love for sport, performance, and community truly came to life. Her mission today is rooted in helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience — both in sport and in life.

As a mom of two energetic boys and an avid runner herself, she brings both personal insight and professional knowledge to her care. Her journey into pelvic health began after the birth of her children, sparking a deep commitment to helping women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their recovery and performance goals. With experience treating everyone from everyday movers to marathoners, triathletes, and ultra-runners, Kathleen’s approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and individualized care. Whether it’s returning to exercise after childbirth or overcoming pain to move with confidence again, she works collaboratively with her clients to create a plan that aligns with their goals.
