Hydration can make or break summer performance

But only when you know what your athlete actually needs!

Your athlete is sweating more, training in the heat, and heading into long tournament days … so let’s make sure they have a hydration plan that actually supports their performance, recovery, and safety (instead of just hoping that giant water bottle is enough).

Hydration in sport can feel surprisingly confusing. There’s water, sports drinks, electrolyte powders, salt tablets, and endless opinions online, all claiming to be the best way to prevent dehydration and boost performance.

But with so much conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel unsure about what your athlete actually needs, how much to drink, and whether those fancy (and expensive!) hydration products are truly necessary.

In this webinar, we’ll break it all down in a clear and practical way so you can make confident hydration decisions, support your athlete’s summer performance, and know exactly what belongs in that water bottle.

This webinar is for you if ...

  • You’ve ever wondered whether your athlete actually needs electrolytes… or if water is enough.

  • Hot weather sport makes you nervous and you want to know how to prevent dehydration, overheating, and performance crashes.

  • You’ve stood in the sports drink aisle wondering what the difference is between sports drinks, electrolyte powders, hydration tabs, and all the other colourful options.

  • Your athlete comes home sweaty, exhausted, complaining of headaches, cramps, or low energy and you’re wondering if hydration might be part of the problem.
