Hydration and Electrolytes for Summer Sports
Take the guesswork out of summer hydration so your athlete can perform, recover, and stay safe in the heat
But only when you know what your athlete actually needs!
Your athlete is sweating more, training in the heat, and heading into long tournament days … so let’s make sure they have a hydration plan that actually supports their performance, recovery, and safety (instead of just hoping that giant water bottle is enough).
Hydration in sport can feel surprisingly confusing. There’s water, sports drinks, electrolyte powders, salt tablets, and endless opinions online, all claiming to be the best way to prevent dehydration and boost performance.
But with so much conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel unsure about what your athlete actually needs, how much to drink, and whether those fancy (and expensive!) hydration products are truly necessary.
In this webinar, we’ll break it all down in a clear and practical way so you can make confident hydration decisions, support your athlete’s summer performance, and know exactly what belongs in that water bottle.
You’ve ever wondered whether your athlete actually needs electrolytes… or if water is enough.
Hot weather sport makes you nervous and you want to know how to prevent dehydration, overheating, and performance crashes.
You’ve stood in the sports drink aisle wondering what the difference is between sports drinks, electrolyte powders, hydration tabs, and all the other colourful options.
Your athlete comes home sweaty, exhausted, complaining of headaches, cramps, or low energy and you’re wondering if hydration might be part of the problem.
Learn how to confidently hydrate your athlete before, during, and after summer sport.

Through her own endurance training, Kristen learned firsthand that sports nutrition lessons come quickly when you’re running for hours at a time. She experienced how powerful the right fuelling plan can be—not only for performance, but also for enjoyment of sport. Today, she loves helping athletes discover that same confidence in their fuelling.
Kristen is passionate about tailoring sport nutrition strategies to the unique needs of each athlete, helping take the guesswork out of what and how to fuel. She believes that building strong fuelling habits should feel practical, empowering, and even fun—having a few laughs and sharing a smile along the way is always part of the process.
