  • You don't know what to do to help your active teen stay hydrated except to nag them to drink more water and/or buy them the coveted "Stanley Cup' that they want!

  • You don't know if your teen athlete would benefit from a sports drink or not?

  • You are confused about sports drinks in general! There are a million different ones out there and you're not sure which is the best one for your athlete.

  • You're confused about the sugar in sports drinks - should they have it or avoid it?

  • You're curious if they actually need MORE salt because all their clothes seem to have white salt stains on them from all their sweating!

Is water the best for your athlete?

And when is a sports drink or electrolyte drink merited (and what's the difference?)

Once your fuelling is dialed in, it's time to look at your athlete's hydration.

While water is a really important fluid for general hydration all day long, sometimes athletes need more to help them perform their best during training or a game.

In this 1 hour webinar, we layout exactly how much your athlete should drink to stay hydrated, how much to drink before, during and after games and when to consider using a sports drink or electrolyte drink and why!

We also touch on energy drinks and caffeine and sport guidelines for both!
