Meal planning for a family of athletes should be considered an Olympic sport! 🥇😅

Between practices, tournaments, late nights, and a teenager who is hungry every 17 minutes, feeding a young athlete can feel like a full-time job.

At this point, your family's schedule probably doesn't revolve around the dinner time anymore. It revolves around practice times, tournaments, late-night games, early morning training sessions, and weekends spent at the arena, studio, court, or ball field.

Some nights dinner happens at 4:30. Other nights it's eaten in the car. And somehow, your teen athlete is hungry again the minute they walk through the door.

Meal planning for a sport family isn't just about deciding what's for dinner. It's about making sure your athlete has enough food, at the right times, while keeping your own stress (and grocery bill) from spiralling out of control.

The good news? You don't need to spend every Sunday cooking 47 freezer meals or become a Pinterest parent to make it work.

In this webinar, you'll learn a practical meal planning system designed specifically for busy sport families. We'll show you how to simplify the planning process, build meals that fuel training and recovery, organize your grocery shopping more efficiently, and use AI as your personal meal planning assistant. The ultimate goal is to help you spend less time wondering what's for dinner and more time cheering from the sidelines.

You'll leave with realistic strategies you can start using this week to reduce decision fatigue, feed your growing athlete with confidence, and make family meals feel manageable again, even during your busiest sport season.
