  • Which sports teams or athletes is this course designed for?

    This information is applicable to any team or athlete who participates in games, tournaments, meets or events over a full-day or multi-day event. Teams sports include: hockey, ringette, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, baseball, field hockey, rugby, football, waterpolo etc. Individual-sports include swimmers, rowers, runners, track and field athletes, triathletes, cyclists, mountain bikers, wrestlers, skiers, snowboarders etc.

  • How long are the videos?

    SHORT! We know you are incredibly busy so we've made them each about 5 minutes or less so that you can watch whatever is relevant or timely whenever you have a couple spare minutes!

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    Access to the course is for the "lifetime" of the course. Meaning, so long as our business is around and our course is running, you will have access to it! If we would decide to no longer offer the course or remove it from our offerings, we would provide 90 days written notice so you could complete the course and download any/all material available in the course.
